DOVER, Del. (AP) — In an energy to boost watershed schooling in colleges, Delaware Sea Grant has gained funding of about $259,000 about the subsequent three years from the Nationwide Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Bay Watershed Instruction and Teaching program.
