TOPEKA — Gov. Laura Kelly advised members of education and learning advisory group Friday that the state’s healthful fiscal situation created this year’s funds procedure “particularly fun.”

The council delivered a report with recommendations to devote in child care, computer science and facts technology talent, technological innovation and devices upgrades, and operate-dependent finding out.
