OGDEN — The David O. McKay Education and learning Creating is going through a transformation that Weber State College is hoping will convey it into the current.
Over the coming yr, the setting up, which was constructed in 1972, will be renovated in its entirety.
According to a press release from WSU, the task will incorporate a number of factors.
“The renovation will … concentrate on creating much more space for collaboration, which include a digital media creation lab and a makerspace known as the Fabrication Lab,” the launch claimed. “These rooms will present equipment for producing lesson ideas and class supplies.”
The project will also contain further lecture rooms, study area and the set up of solar panels.
“The Melba S. “The freshly renovated McKay Instruction Constructing will offer a location for impressive academic techniques,” she claimed. “This developing will permit our students to be ready for their careers as productive pros.”
